My friend Tom was attending film school and this was his senior year thesis. I had never done anything like this before. I had never written anything before, I had never acted, and I was terrified on every take.
What brought me more anxiety than anything was that most of the wardrobes that the cast were dressed in were my actual clothes. In between takes, I could hear them whispering amongst themselves, saying, ‘These clothes smell weird.’
