As a teenager I was super into DJ Screw and Three 6 Mafia tapes (Vol. 2 Da Exorcist by DJ Paul and Juicy J really blew my mind).

I was 20 years old and asked my friend how to teach me Abelton one afternoon and how I could 'screw' songs. It seemed easy enough, I went home that night and recorded 6 albums and posted them to Bandcamp. Within a couple weeks, my remixes were being played at Boiler Room, blogs were writing about me, I thought 'This is great.' I spent one night on something, threw it up online and a lot of people somehow found out about it and liked it. I thought every other thing I work on will get the same response. Boy, was I wrong.
